Cardio tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity on Saturday afternoons. Taught by a highly-qualified coach, Patrick McGrath, this is an hour-long class for groups of six catering to all fitness levels and offering players an active and enjoyable exercise programme. There are drills geared for players of all abilities to get a great cardio workout while improving specific tennis skills and all to the beat of a high-energy soundtrack. Many players find Cardio Tennis more fun than working out in a gym or other forms of exercise!
